  • Badges will be available at the location for those who register online. Please head to the table in the main floor lobby of the event space.

  • Registration cost varies based on the attendee’s program. Please click the “Register” button for pricing information

  • Registration is open! You can register by clicking the “Register” button in the top right corner of the page. Registration will also be available at the door (not the same price as online)

  • There will be concessions available, as well as delicious offerings from selected partners for meals on Saturday. It is recommended to bring cash for concessions / meals

  • Submit a message using the form below and someone will try to get back to you! We appreciate your interest.

  • The registration fee pays for access to all three days of the conference. The registration fee is not dependent on attendance; it is the same for all three days or just one.

  • AA itself has no dues or fees for membership; that’s one of the beautiful things about it. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking.

    Roundups are a little different though. They're not regular AA meetings; they're optional events that have real expenses. The registration fee is not 'paying to be in AA'; its helping cover the cost of renting the space, printing materials, coffee, and sometimes travel costs for speakers. It ties into the Seventh Tradition, which says that we are self supporting through our own contributuions. Since we do not take outside funding, the people who chose to attend the event cover the cost of putting it on.

    And of course, regular AA meetings remain free to anyone who would like to attend.
